I. CERTIFICATE OF FIRE SAFETY IN VIETNAM

The simplest Certificate includes:
- All kinds of Educational services, all kinds of kindergartens;
- Hospitals, medical centers, and medical institutions;
- Business centers, theaters, cultural centers, cinemas, circuses, indoor sports halls, open stadiums, dance halls, mass entertainment facilities, and other establishments of mass entertainment;
- Vaults, museums, libraries, exhibitions;
- A market located in a permanent place (not mobile), shopping centers, supermarkets, shops;

- Broadcasting and television, postal and telecommunication institutions;

II. CERTIFICATE OF HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY
The Certificate is issued by the Department of Industry and Trade of the province. In order to obtain it you need to provide the following documents:
- Application for a certificate of Hygiene and Food safety;
- Copy of certificate of business registration (notarized);
- Explanations of materials, equipment, and tools for food hygiene and safety conditions, including:
- Drawings of the ground plan of the building and adjoining territory;
- Diagram of the process of food production or the process of conservation and distribution of products and description of facilities, equipment, and facilities of the enterprise.
- Certificates of hygiene and food safety education by owners and persons directly involved in the production and trade of food products in accordance with the following provisions:
- For companies with fewer than 30 employees - attach copies of certificates;
- For a company with 30 or more employees - attach a list of trained employees.
- Certificate of the health of the owner of the company and a person directly engaged in the production and trade of food products issued by the Province Health Services;
- Report on water samples at the enterprise (it is taken once every 6 months);
- Certificate of origin of raw materials (issued by suppliers of products);
- Written obligation to ensure food hygiene and safety in the prescribed form;
- Rent Contract of the premises for which the Certificate is issued.
Term for processing of documents:
- Due Diligence within 5 working days after receiving the full package of documents. In case of non-compliance, the department issues a written error notice, on the basis of which the enterprise can rectify the deficiencies within 60 days from the date of receipt of the notice, or the Department annuls the dossier.
- If due diligence is successful, the Department carries out a field inspection of the enterprise within 10 days after acceptance of documents. In case the enterprise does not pass the inspection, 60 days are given to correct the problems mentioned in the report of the inspection. In case of a successful check, the certificate is issued within 15 days from the date of the on-site inspection.
The Food Safety Certificate is valid for 3 years. Before six months of the expiry of the Certificate, the enterprise must carry out the procedure of re-issuance of the certificate.

III. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION IN THE COMMITTEE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
In order to register with the Committee on Environmental Protection, you must provide the following documents:
- Three obligations for environmental protection in an approved form;
- One description of the production plan, business, or service, certified by the signature and sealed of the Director of the company;
- Certificate of incorporation (notarized);
- Certificate of Fire Safety;
- Rent Contract for permission.

IV. LICENSE FOR ALCOHOL IN VIETNAM
For retail trade of all kinds in alcoholic beverages (except beer, fruit drinks, and cocktails with an alcohol content (Ethanol) of less than 5% vol.) you should get an additional kind of business. It is necessary to file the Dossier for issuing a Liquor License in the City Economy Department. The dossier includes the following documents:
- Application for License of alcohol in the prescribed form;
- A copy of the certificate of incorporation (notarized);
- A copy of the rent contract or the document confirming the legal right to use the premises, which will be used as a place to sell alcohol on the spot;
- A copy of the contract with alcohol distributors licensed to manufacture, distribute, wholesale, or sell alcohol;
- Certificate of Fire Safety;
- Certificate of registration in the committee for the protection of the environment.

V. CERTIFICATE OF SECURITY AND SOCIAL ORDER
Issued by the Office of Public Security and Social Order of the province or city. Documents required for obtaining the Certificate:
- Application for the issuance of a certificate of safety and order in the prescribed form;
- Certificate of incorporation (notarized);
- Certificate of Fire Safety;
- Certificate of Hygiene and Food Safety;
- List of employees of the enterprise in the established form. Attach copies of ID cards of Vietnamese workers, and copies of passports, visas, or resident cards of foreigners;
- The questionnaire of the Director of the Company in the prescribed form with a photo (color 4 cm * 6 cm), with the application in the form of registration at the place of temporary residence (made separately);
- Rent Contract for the premises for which the Certificate is issued.
The term for obtaining the Certificate is 10 working days.
